The fundamentals matter. Not whatever you’re talking about. More sales because of planned obsolescence doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have regulations and a higher marginal tax rate. In fact it screams the opposite. Along with regulations like right to repair.

Keynes still lived through the robber barons of old. The robber barons of today are back at it after undermining every check and balance that was established after the Great Depression. They wanted there fascist back then and they want their fascist now. Keynesian economics worked to stop that.

Please clarify. I’d like to know more from someone who grew up in and benefited from the Keynesian system that focused on that equity before #neoliberaleconomics became a thing. Please elaborate.
