Yeah this is incredible. Reading the information on it it's basically Mass Effect gameplay in the Expanse universe and those might just be the best words ever written!🤣
Also the collectors edition comes with a model of the ship and my wallet and me are crying.😭

Currently the only thing we have close is the MACO engines which are a good option but they have 1 annoying problem this blue glow on the impulse engines that is always there and also displays through ships. But something even more minimal than this would be great. Also removing that annoying glow

So I absolutely love the reamster. It's amazing but I do have one concern. The deflector texture is using the bussard collector when using any other material. here is the Odyssey for example:

You can do it yourself if you're feeling brave. I actually replaced the shells on my joy-cons and my switch Pro controller. I didn't feel brave enough to do the actual console itself though LOL.

Not anywhere near as cool as the coins but I do have this 10th anniversary pin I think from a contest and it matches the collectors edition nicely.

World would be a better place if we could abandon all Adobe software.
There are a lot of alternatives but it's hard to leave given the features and many things requiring the adobe apps.
I've been putting it off but I need to give Affinity a try.

It's your map and just my opinion. Lot of it is just the shock of being different after so long with old map. My colorblindness too i'm sure.

Lastly, borrowing your comparison pic. In the show the windows were very bright matching old ESD and now I am colorblind but to me new ESD hull colorwise is much closer to old ESD though maybe that's just lighting. Minor thing, the flashing docking lights are much brighter too but that's a nitpick.

Not a huge fan of the new lighting. Much too warm IMO, ESD/Ships seem very dull and Earth loses the blue marble visual. Odyssey material & ESD goes from bright and shiny to dull and dark. 3/4?

I miss the docked ships diagram. Was a favorite part of the new ESD interior being able to see what ships are docked. Also I know the days of getting a new ship show off in the dock is long gone but I think it would be nice to have an STO designed ship there again. 2/4?

So I think I was a bit harsh with my comment on the vid there after spending more time but do still have some thoughts. First off I love the brighter interior especially the new interior dock. Couple problem areas though with super bright lights might want to tone down. 1/4?

Was hoping we'd get this and it looks awesome. I only wish we got a pack of their weapons with it because they look amazing. But still an idea for future Lower Decks content.
