Ilsa is revived with 3 Bridal Bullet.

The TA count carries over from one turn to the next.

The `normal_attack_result.json` shows it much more clearly.

The skill ignores a percentage of the defense, and defense just divides damage. So it's good (and has the same relative effect on damage) against all defense value.
But with that said, I agree that's not the reason you should run that weapon, it's only justified if you have a lot of skill dmg.

As I see it, the gacha collab characters are replacing what would likely be equally useless characters. And I'd rather they stay useless than get better because there's executive pressure to make something profitable.

I don't really like collab either. I want to play Granblue, and not "random mash-up" fantasy. But it's not too dissimilar to previous collabs. I can live with the free stuff while I ignore the rest.

My only concern with wanting it to fail is that instead of cancelling the idea, the conclusion Cygames might reach is that they need to make better characters next time so there's more incentives to draw.
I'd rather it stays how it is right now, because it's basically harmless.
