Starts off with a cool premise of incorporating NERV into the Grubbleverse, as if they'd always been there as a weird fringe oddly high tech organization, but then goes "nah, this is just Isekai slop".
LAME.
I'm checked out.

Sets up the Hikarigaoka incident with lovely Mamoru Hosoda animation. Hikari whistles instead of speaks. Delightful little film. Definitely recommend watching.

This was okay but nothing special.

Wow this was bad past like. Rygel getting his home back.
The entire Kkore plot is kinda enormous trash. The virus plot was incredibly dumb trash. The Riion subplot never goes anywhere. The Unrealized Reality subplot made me want to die.

What if "The World Ending" "The Beast That Cried "I" At The Heart of the World" and "The End of Evangelion" was injected with a Studio Ghibli Movie and Gunbuster.
That's basically what this ends up being.

I like this the more I watch it with my main issue with it being basically my issue with Fight Club: I don't like the opening sequence.
But it functionally serves as Episodes 23 and 24 of Evangelion with elements of Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water.

Delightful manga. I think the fanbase is deeply humorless.
I am cheering for the Tadano-Komi-Kawai Throuple, even if it's left ambigious.
Delightful.
499 chapters of whimsy.
Yamai is a bit much though.

What if the mid-section of Neon Genesis Evangelion was reframed as an awkward teenage love triangle between Shinji, Rei and Asuka.
Basically, also, what if Shinji was more justified or clearly justified in his anger and friction with his father.

Uh. Basically a retelling of Episodes 1 to 6 of Neon Genesis Evangelion but there's a few things different (like the complete sterility of the sea. Penguins being extinct.)

Uh. This ultimately ends up hitting the same plot beats as the movie for its climax but does some interesting Post-Apocalyptic stuff with Neo Tokyo.
I think I prefer the movie, but there's still plenty of good here.
Also, I had the worst time being able to tell Kei & Kaneda apart.

I like the overall idea but this goes way too long. This is Shinji's Xth nervous breakdown. The entire thing feels weirdly masturbatory.
I think TV 25+26 due to its limited scope does much more interesting and worthwhile introspection and character analysis.

Rewatched it for the 3rd or 4th time.
Rei really isn't that emotionless, she just reserves her emotions for those she cares about. And is clearly a Four Murasame/Two Ple ersatz.

This Was Perfectly Okay.
Except the student council bits. Those guys were just in-fucking-tolerable.

This show is an absolute joy. A tour de force of animation. But so incredibly humble in just being a wonderfully funny. Man. This was arguably show of the season just from sheer animation quality.
The world is a better place with this show being made.

A weird queer cosmic horror occult mystery. I kinda like this. I'll watch more if a second season gets made. It was okay.
The ending was a reasonable thematic choice.

You watch this for the dancing bear of Nagisa's porn star figure and stay for girls talking about geological science.
It'd be fine without the fetish fuel, but this is the sort of magazine and show where the sexualization is the angler's lure to get people reading.
It's a good show.

I'll be upfront that I expected more setpieces like the Ash Tray Maze. But I ended up liking this (even though I set myself to infinite health after getting sniped one too many times).
I think it's bold that they didn't go for an actual final boss in the main story.

It was more My Dress-Up Darling, the rom com cosplay tutorial show with the manic pixie dream girl heroine.
Lmao at her thinking Gojo was going to plow her senseless with MANDOM Condoms.

I zoned out this entire season.
Like it follows up on the tiger kids and Raphtalia's backstories but my god, this felt so dull and empty.
Also, lmao @ Bitch getting killed off unceremoniously.

This is clearly condensing what would have been a fifth season into roughly 4 episodes worth of content. And. For what it is, they do a good job.
Though Pilot's voice being badly modulated sucks so bad.

It was Cour 2 of Season 1 of Sakamoto Days.
