Es hat mich zum Schmunzeln gebracht, als ich diese Milchkanne auf einem Flohmarktstand als Antiquität zum Verkauf sah. In #Tunesien ist sie noch immer ein alltäglicher Gebrauchsgegenstand und wird von den Leuten dort ganz normal für *Lben* (Buttermilch) verwendet.

So, according to the Chef, the Sfaxian Sharmoola needs almost 3 days to be cooked:
* 5 hours only to caramelize chopped onions,
* Then 2 days to cook the Sharmoola over a low heat.
This is apart from the time spent on the preparation of the cured salted fish w/ which Sharmoola is served.🙄 #Tunisia

Good guess! It's a spanker of a book,&that inspires me to go further with Khayyam's rubā'īyat.The philosopher was accused of godless freethinking because of his poems(or not).

I've read this book, & I'd read more for this author. It wasn't that disappointing, it's just worth reading but ain't worth paying for!
