yes, i agree. i think the good thing is little by little people are realising how bad it's become. my main worry is for the kids that are growing up with this kind of technology. it'll be extra hard for them to pull away in the future 🙁🙁 im hoping for the best for everyone!!

same, i feel like whenever i'm on social media now i can feel myself getting more stressed. it feels like at this point there is little about the experience that provides enrichment to my life, so i'm trying to pick and chose the things that actually benefit me :)
