The Meteor is just about done - it’s tricky trying to render depth between the pieces, but it’s coming along quite nicely, I’d say!

It’s not every day you can go out and encounter newborn animals that aren’t local wildlife - I consider myself lucky to have seen this newborn foal just a week after she was born.

I really love taking photos in the spring. And who would have thought a tree would become one of my favorite subjects? The spring snow crabapple tree gets its name from its petals which resemble falling snow after they bloom.

While it might be easier to only post about the successes, I think it’s important to also share the misses along the way. These coasters were misses, and I’m okay with that because I’m still learning and I gained valuable insight for the next time I try to make them.
