Yeah, going off of my experience with making spiced tea, I would say that it's easy to underestimate the amount of sugar you need to use, and crucial that you not do so. If it's not sweet enough, it just won't taste like anything.

This is a considerably improved document. Information dense, but readable, nuanced, but clear. Very well done.

For sure, and I understood that to be the spirit of your post... and yet, I think it's a sentiment I see more and more lately, and I think we all feel it anxiety that undergirds it. 'If this went away, what would people do?'

I know that alarms have probably been going off non-stop at Wizards HQ for years now, to the point where they're inured to them, but a post like this should be on giant TV screens in an office in Renton.

If this is a serious question, I might have some startling news for you about your adoring audience.

This is amazing. Really incredible work.

This reminds me of the infamous ending of Re:Zero ep 18. Incredible image, both that one and this one.

Wild that 'draw a card' has rapidly become my least favorite line of card text.

Only if I'm allowed to say that, actually, Hollow Knight was always mid.

Yes. I would strike it all from the game. Honestly, if they'd stuck with a semi-responsible UB model of occasional commander deck, secret lair and the very rare non-standard rotating set, maybe one of each a year, I would've lived with it, but... y'know... that's not the world we're living in.

Just got back from it as well. Still processing.

This is amazing. Nice work.

They spent years pissing off their core audience by half delivering on promises and trying to milk them for all their worth. It's no surprise that they find that don't have much audience left.

Nice.

The ballpark scene is my benchmark for how you open a book. It's insanely compelling and immersive.

The former, certainly. I'd rather a five-minute long game that I can play 20 times in different ways than a 20 minute game I play once with obviously correct answers.

Ugh... great... haven't seen it yet, but this stuff always hits me...

It does seem to me like just about the most excruciating thing I could put myself through... my impulse is to shake my head and avoid it. Some folks go the other way. Funny that.

That Felt pic was the first thing of yours that I saw. Got me hooked.

ngl, 'the other thing' took me a minute...

Agrajag, is that you?

It's funny how obvious this seems, and I wonder if some of that is watching British TV from an American perspective. The core appeal of British productions through my childhood was their low-budget, high concept, almost DIY ethos.

Yep, I knew the song, I just couldn't pluck it out of my head. My memory of tunes is a steel trap. My memory of lyrics and song titles is actual zero.
