Joining the exodus from 'that place' - tired of misinformation, apprehensive of what the next 4 years may bring, want my social media to be both informative AND entertaining/frivolous (moon on a stick), oh - & I love boxer dogs!
Well that would depend. If I liked them, I'd tell them. If not ... not. I am sadly not able to put aside petty neighbourhood grudges & be the bigger person, instead I would likely stand in the top window & watch them wheel that uncolllected bin back home, pointing and laughing.

... hope it doesn't sound too crackpot. Totally understand how totally debilitating migraines are - I remember guzzling pain pills like candy with little effect, even had to visit a+e a number of times This won't cure, but I used to lay in a dark room & do this & it would lessen. Hope it can help. 💙

I suffered from migraines a lot when younger & found relief from a yoga pose called 'bhramari pranayama'. It is a placing of fingers against points on your face, 2 flat across eyelids, 1 by nostrils, 1 by side of mouth. It might be worth a try, below is how I remember it. youtube.com/shorts/tp36Z...

Exercise to prevent injury. Cause injury. Stop exercise for injury to recover. Resume to strengthen previous injury. Cause different injury ... & so on in an increasingly fast spiral towards ultimate doom. We hates it too. (& got out the wrong side of bed this morning!). 💙 ps. yoga is nice.

I remember (& just googled to confirm) that Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans was explained as "the wrath of God". More recently CA wildfires as "God punishing the people of LA for their sin". It is difficult to provide succour to people who would cheer if it happened to you. Silence IS compassion.

Seeing it brings home the stark, horrific reality. It truly sickens me that they show this off like something to be proud of. That they want to fill these inhumane facilities with human beings. It makes my stomach heavy with nausea and hopelessness. 😧
