My advice for Dr. Hotha is that he apologize for his violent remarks and upholds the official policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which permits LGBT+ tourists to safely travel to the Kingdom without fear or persecution.

My advice for Dr. Hotha is that he apologize for his violent remarks and upholds the official policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which permits LGBT+ tourists to safely travel to the Kingdom without fear or persecution.
