It’s a wrap on COSELL 2025 (Colloquium on Scholarship on Employment & Labor Law) hosted by Seton Hall Law. Photos are from the panels on work in digital spaces & work law under the Trump admin. Thank you to 70+ scholars from around the country for sharing your work! See you next year in Berkeley!

My new article, Queer Accommodations, is now in print! It explores the accommodations that queer workers need to do their jobs, focusing mostly on trans and non-binary workers.

Just posted a draft of my new article arguing that we don’t really know how far work law reaches, such blindness causes significant problems, and overcoming those problems would be especially difficult: papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers..... Feedback welcome!

I woke up to emails many law students’ forthcoming federal internships were revoked without notice or an opportunity to be heard. Depending on the language of their job offers, this may violate the 5th Amendment’s Due Process Clause. See Goetz v. Windsor Cent. Sch. Dist.
