Yes. We desperately need to better understand what the heck we are consuming.
The FDA wants front-of-package nutrition labels required on packaged foods. The labels would tell consumers if the product has Low, Medium or High levels of saturated fat, sodium and added sugar.

What if we made it a top priority to teach responsible social media consumption at scale? I believe it would help shift behaviors from doom, depression scrolling to utility and fun for people.

There needs to be a thoughtful conversation in the topic of bots, scam accounts, and it’s prevalence online.
