I’d be really interested to hear you do an interview with an expert(s) on the difference in training between mil & LEOs and reasons it isn’t/is(???) appropriate to treat the two as interchangeable, spcfc to domestic application. Or even if you could provide a substack post on your own knowledge. :)

If so, that would likely indicate via trajectories that the vehicle was indeed turning away from the officer in order to depart the scene, rather than on a route to perform a vehicular assault on the officer.

You may be correct that the first shot went through the windshield. Agree important to wait on the physical evidence.

The video shows the moment the shooter drew his weapon; he draws, brings the weapon up to firing position and immediately fires into the open driver side window in one motion.
This is only visible bc the vehicle is turning away from a path that would have intersected his movement.

While they are terrible, I don’t think this is useful rhetoric; most Americans are not that far apart on core issues. We need to try to include the other side to create a unified coalition against those who are trying to consolidate power for the few. Saying an R can never be in the WH will isolate.
