Stunning downpour here in mid Suffolk yesterday

Can't wait to get the stitches out on Thursday. 6 weeks of no road cycling, no idea how many weeks before I can do weights or battleropes. In future may have to have a splint when doing weights as the bone fusion site is vulnerable to failure now the metalwork has had to be removed.
