I've also started to track my total mileage! Most of this is at the gym, but 30 of the cycling miles were on the road. I'm so fucking proud of how far I've come!
It's my goal to do a longer ride at the gym once a month. Today was that ride at my furthest of 36 miles!

4 years ago I birthed out this beautiful gremlin child. She's incredibly frustrating and obstinate but she's alo so creative! She loves to sing, dance, and drive everyone crazy. Happy 4th birthday, Lorelei! Mommy and daddy love you!
