I was actually the opposite on this, 3 was at my local rental place while 2 was only for rent at a random gas station (only got to play it once before they sold their stock and stopped with games lmao)

Personally it's my favorite out of the series thanks to the morph use/design and level variety.
I'm not sure about the popular opinion on OST stuff but I genuinely really enjoy the heavy use of synth that the soundtrack uses, gives it a really nice pop synth vibe through most of it
