I used to have such a rough time of doing injections and would delay it just cause of a general anxiety. But I've found a silly method: I have a cute song that has the word "shot" in it, and time the injection to that so it takes me outa my head. Hope this'll help peeps who're struggling

I got mine done 3-4 months ago and it came back correctly.
