The truth is only what Trump and his sycophants want to believe. If Trump says it, it's the truth. If Trump denies it, it's the truth. If a member of Trump's cabinet say it, it's the truth, until Trump contradicts it, making the previous statement inaccurate and his new statement the truth.

Since Trump's MAGA faithful live in "real time", whatever their Lord and Savior tell them is what is occurring now. Trump could say he was attacked at lunch (unverified) by a gaze of raccoons and his MAGA following would hunt down and eliminate every raccoon they could find.

My lower back would've been "fixed" by now yet delays caused through constant denials from Aetna is now forcing my upcoming surgery to be in December. Oh, and requiring a psychologist visit to get an implanted device to manage lower back pain seems a little excessive.
