Yes absolutely with the cognitive aspect, i could immediately feel a difference. I can follow a train of thought now!

I can definitely tell its made a difference to my pots! What was strange was the right side made me super wired and hyped on adrenaline, i couldn’t sleep, then the left made me super calm (and actually felt better). I think i will save up for another go in the future

The RSPB sell their pins on ebay for £4.50 each, the money goes to charity. People are also selling them second hand on there, they are very popular to collect in the uk 🐦⬛

Like idk if its because its been a year and a half but i’m kinda bored of it now, which sucks. I’m sure the movie will reignite us again though

That’s good to know, unfortunately i only have the funds to pay for one round (right side upper and lower first day then left side 24 hours later) so fingers crossed that will be enough. Do you experience PEM and if yes, has the treatment helped reduce it at all?
