When someone at an Obama presser started to pass out, Obama turned to speak calming words with no concern to his image, saw to it that care was given, then directly addressed the situation to the press. But sure, a person “in control” might stand there like a lump with arms dangling, eyes vacant.

I thought he looked like a confused old man who couldn’t figure out what was happening so he just stood there waiting. He just looks like an old man with dementia.
