A growing number of Newport & surrounding towns’ residents have begun gathering every Saturday 12-1pm at the Newport fish statue, 100 Main Street, in a public rally for democracy & human rights, typically with music, signs, speak-outs, dancing. They invite all prodemocracy residents to show up.
