No the definition is just old and racist, it was written to combat European colonialism in Africa and America, today we live in a new world where the main immigration is from former colonial lands to Europe, today white supremacy is becoming sn obsolete concept as equality grows

I'm Swedish, the native people of Sweden are swedes, swedes ruling Sweden is white supremacy by this definition.
