I have the 3. It came with accessories. I guess they're not doing that anymore. But these are the accessories I meant. All you really need is the selfie stick or holder to keep hold of the camera under water. Yours is still waterproof.

No. Just take it out of the battery case. Mine came with a necklace that's a magnet and that worked underwater. There should also be a black plastic holder that you can also use.
