Today would have been the 59th birthday of Mike Hobbs, who sadly passed away almost 4 years ago (hard to believe it's been that long).

A fantastic night at the NEC last night.
Finally got to see Toto in concert - absolutely amazing, certainly one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

Ready coloured MDF ponds from @warbases.bsky.social - added my scenic basing to the edges and applied a coat or Vallejo gloss varnish.
Quick and simple
Might add some tufts for reeds at some of the edges, just to finish things off...

Finally got to watch 'Operation Mincemeat' on Amazon last night, with a great cast including Colin Firth, Matthew MacFadden, Penelope Wilton and Jason Isaacs (Hello to Jason Isaacs!)
A very good watch
Holds the interest all the way through-even when you know the ending(it is history, after all)
