Here’s Singaporean high-end public housing. See those 25th and 50th floor skybridges? We could be walking in the sky.

This World War I horror trivialization is even in Heidegger's Black Notebooks. For me it was the tipoff to how he went full Nazi.

Chaz, I associate this graphic with your lab.

It seems like a general theme of your results is "We see things. Don't overcomplicate this."

It's more ancient and aristocratic. As a classical philologist, he got his PhD studying ancient master/slave societies, and he's talking about phenomena from that period.

Zarathustra's message to those he regards as superior isn't "rule others like a fascist", but "go write your novel by the sea."

Anti-Semites who didn't finish the book. You want to know whom the Jews he's talking about are? Let me show you.

By "Jews" he means "Christians". The Jews he's actually referring to are people like Jesus, Peter, and Paul. He clarifies this later.

If you want his views on actual Jews, especially in his own era, here they are. There's at least a fairly sensitive understanding of oppression here.

Despite Nietzsche's affection for the aristocratic Greek and Roman societies he studied, he was a pretty serious anti-fascist where his own times were concerned.

His sister actually was a proto-Nazi (Hitler attended her funeral) and marketed his ideas to Nazis. Nietzsche was not happy about this.

If you want to know what's up with the dwarf on Zarathustra's back, it's not that hard to understand! Chapter 7 has the story. (Chapters 2 and 3 have background on Poincaré’s theorem and its ethical implications.)

We went 24 km into the park, to the mouth of the Goose River, and drank from the streams along the way.

Actual condo housing with sky bridges

I like showing my American friends pictures of Singapore. These were taken on the 6th story rooftop garden of the 30-story public housing project next to my condo. Much of the city-state’s success comes from world champion level urban planning.

And it's not even offered by EAs! It was merely mentioned on an EA site. The actual funding comes from a bunch of places including EduceLab, which is supported by the NSF and NEH.

Can't see any EA connections except that some EAs thought decoding scrolls was cool, which is a reasonable opinion.
