Best remedy to prevent headache: sugary water in whatever form (tea with honey, sodas, whatever). It’s one of the few things I learned by studying medicine. Oh, and dry stuff once you wake up (bread, sandwich, tortillas, cookies…)

The movie should be super high budget special effect with giant monster right until the final battle: then just two guys in cheap costume in a cardboard city (with occasional shot of random terrorized citizen watching or getting caught in the battle)
