I’m in Barnstaple! Saunton Sands is close, a lovely wide open space for a nice walk, backing onto Braunton Burrows (a vast expanse of dunes, a UNESCO biosphere reserve).

Additionally some nice coastal villages near by such as Instow, Appledore and Clovelly.
