Jesters can be unreliable, just like ChatGPT, but other times can be accurate, and just like jesters, ChatGPT can cause epistemic disruption because we rely on them for information and when it gives us one we don't believe in, we start questioning what we really know #hwa1 #jester

I can definitely see the comparison of humans hallucinating just like AI. AI (LLMs) don't have built in answers, they adapt to the given prompt and while they're being trained, often can give incorrect answers, ones even we as humans know at a young age (some AI say 2+2 = 5) #hwa1

This class happens on bluesky and not canvas because it's supposed to be a live posting class, you post your thoughts in the moment and you can't really do that, as well as for a sense of community which you don't get on canvas discussion boards #hwa1 #Xnotcanvas
