Our county council is controlled by Deform, but honestly, I've only heard one person even mention the flags, & the roundabouts had to be cleaned up for safety reasons.
The flags are just rotting now, hanging by one corner, dirty & soaked by the rain.
Easy to put them up, but to maintain? No, thanks

They put flags all over our town centre, but this isn't a town of bigots. The flags are soaked, tattered, dirty, and hanging by one cable tie, but the 'patriots' have suddenly lost interest, and they remain sad, pathetic rags.
Probably because no one gave a toss about their antics and ignored them

It's certainly true here in Worcestershire, where Reform is planning to raise council tax by 10% AND slash local services.
No wonder people in my town voted a LibDem to replace the disgraced Reform councillor, in office just 5 months, but never attended a single meeting

If Davis is unhappy about issuing certificates for same sex marriages, perhaps he/she would be happier in another job. Or retirement.
Such arrogance when a servant of the legal system objects to obeying the law of the land, and demands the law be changed to accommodate their bigotry

We also need to differentiate between the BBC & BBC News.
People are saying, "I don't trust the BBC," when they mean they don't trust the news.
Those same people are down the pub discussing MOTD, and the Traitors, and on Friday, £millions will be raised by the BBC's Children in Need.

The programme was made by an independent company. The BBC did not edit the clips.
The BBC's 'crime' was not spotting the edited segment and demanding restitution of the clips, or a complete re-editing

Ofcom should be seeing resignations. I complained about a presenter on LBC who allowed a Reform MP to spread misinformation.
