I’m think fine to say are good returns from road investments, but it’s a one sided view of the benefits and ignores localised externalities imo

I obviously have a horse in this race, but LSE has roughly a third the UK student intake of Cambridge so I think we are roughly level (if not totally sure I want to be)

I have a Keir Starmer story too: LSE Labour club had booked a lecture hall for an event, but were overrunning - so I had to kick him out (he was very polite but didn't seem very pleased)
