TBH, I'm not really sure what Salvo's plan is. Well I know, they're applying for Scotland to be added to the list of territories to be decolonised but I don't know where the ICJ fits into that. I don't think the UN has power simply to decree Scotland's decolonisation, even assuming the Decol Committee accepted it had jurisdiction over Scotland, which is not a given. So I think "decolonised before 2026 election" is a bit too hopeful.

Sorry to reply with a complete non-sequitur Kevin but, as you don't take DMs, am I right in thinking UKG are NOT lending Ineos £600k for the new plant in Antwerp, they're *guaranteeing* a loan from a 3rd party? And that this is justified because UK exporters will benefit from the project?
