This is the problem. Nobody is helping. I keep getting told they will have to send an engineer but it's all vague. My electric smart meter isn't counting up my usage and it's also not counting up what I export. I need it fixing ASAP. I also don't seem to be able to change tariff either.

What's wrong with that? Everyone will have to have one eventually so why not get one now and take advantage of the tariffs ?
