Redpoll Autumn. Hicks Lodge yesterday. We could have ringed hundreds but from those we had 2 'controls' (birds with a ring from elsewhere). Supporting cast included this male Stonechat@, a 1st year bird with clear moult limit in its greater coverts. @btobirds.bsky.social @forestryengland.bsky.social
