My first attempt at pixel art. I'm trying to learn game development using Pico 8. I'm having a lot of fun. It's hard to work with 8x8 though isn't it. I've had some great advice from people in the community but always happy for more.

Just finished reading Edgedancer, it is like a great little interlude between stormlight archive 2 and 3. Its a nice change of tone and pace but also feels important. Who are these Sleepers?? I love Lift. She is awesome.

What is an opinion about books (or reading) that gets you like this?

I just finished reading Words of Radiance, a fantastic book. More than once I was up reading til 6am.

Does anyone know any ebook readers with continuous scrolling and a reading ruler? I really need this feature to help me focus. So far kindle is the only one I've seen with this feature. But I want to distance myself from using Amazon products.

Maya is struggling a great deal with fireworks this year. These days they keep going after bonfire night until new year.

Last year she was not bothered by them, but is incredibly anxious this year. :'(
