This is how i understand and imagine it to be.
Within any protest gathering there may be people with nefarious intent to create a violent situation.
The president will use this moment to his political advantage & invoke overriding insurrection or martial law acts.
Keeping calm helps defuse things

I'm from down under 🇦🇺.
Looking from the outside in, the leader and his administration have said many outrageous things.
Hopefully nothing comes as described.
Otherwise we will all have to renew our friendships and ties.
