Two months ago I spoke at The Law Society in London on safe harbour, internet publishing and the crystallisation of a 25+ year fudge with the advent of generative AI. Of 500+ media lawyers in attendance, not one pushed back on the suggestion it was ending. www.theguardian.com/technology/2...
