Very nostalgic trip to present at the Scottish Microbiology Association in Dundee. Could see the bridge my father worked on when I was a boy, and also my old house - all from my hotel window. I was the guest of an old school friend and heard a great talk from a student I taught 40 years ago (omg)!!
