But how widespread is the impact? Are there also risks or harms that come along with this change? And how can we design these systems to truly help people financially flourish?

DCI Global is our attempt to answer these questions. We're seeking collaborators, especially from the global south.

We hear real stories about how digital currencies like Bitcoin and stablecoins are helping activists get paid, enabling cheaper remittances, and offering alternatives to inflationary currencies.
