I've never owned a Pebble before, so I'm curious: is there some sort of subscription service planned for storing data from the watch? Will it alternatively be self-hostable? Or what's the plan here?

The markup on datacenter specific cards like the h100 is insane btw. They have like an explicit clause somewhere that says you can't use consumer cards in datacenters, which is the main enabler of that.
Would look into consumer cards like others here are saying.
