It would require some creativity for sure, but people have worked around bigger challenges. Honestly, all you'd have to do for the second one is not get into the POV plot twist, which would be a shame, but you could add in something else to make up for losing that.

(she had a similar moment in the 90's anime, I just think the musical phrased it more hilariously).
