So lovely to see the sun again after all the torrential rain yesterday which was no fun to drive in. And the builders have almost finished working on roof of the house nearby - they're much quieter than they were a couple of weeks ago... time for a pot of coffee and then writing

Currently preparing for publication day. All very exciting! I shall probably set up camp in a cafe, treat myself to a big old pastry dusted with icing sugar and a coffee or two - and manage my social media with air conditioning. Then in the evening, wine obvs cos it's in the book
