Ugh that’s so annoying that they had “rude” messages hidden by default then

The only theory I can come up with is I have intrusive thoughts that put me in that person’s place and I’m having some kind of like “oh my god I’d be so ashamed of myself if that was me” secondhand embarrassment or something

And I’m not like sympathetic toward the rude person or anything, they usually deserve to be called out but like…….i feel like i should be able to just ignore it or even laugh

that was so rude, why can’t people just be normal” and I continue thinking about it for far too long, even when I wasn’t involved at all
