naur a normal cycle doesnt do that im sorry for that. But yes, blood work should be done at least once a year if possible, to check for normal levels on ur sugar and blood cells. Anything extra usually costs but if youre a person that doesnt go out a lot, testing for vitamin D levels is recommended2

I gave up on caffeine completely since then and it stop after i went with a calcium+vitamin D treatment recommended by my doc (cause i had them very low) However, if its coupled with like burning, stomach cramps, and ringing ears, i recommend checking it out professionally more in-depth asap.

ive started having those a lot when i had my vitamin D and magnesium really low + a lot of energy drinks. It was around the time i went to the doc cause i got scared; they have also diagnosed me with "just calm down"; I would recommend blood work if u hadnt had any in awhile.
