do u know when ur disability gets so bad that even your family who was ableist to you throughout childhood is like "Oh shit yeah that sounds.. Damn girl. do u need help?"

every day is getting harder & harder to do basic things. doing laundry, cleaning dishes, feeding myself. not even just cooking - literally feeding myself with food thats sitting in front of me on a plate. leaving my house. being open with my emotions. using the bathroom. dressing myself. its so hard

recently have begun squeaking unconsciously in response to stimulus or lack of stimulus. it started as a deliberate behavior . but now im noticing it happening when i dont mean to do it. and when i'm alone. u should try squeaking

but you can tell things are good today bc i just remembered {Mousie from about an hour ago} put a burri/to in the oven just for me. and as i took it back to my little room, my mouth began squeaking excitedly without any direct input from me. it's a good day to have a hot meal & the drive to eat it

me: i lowkey have ocd and adhd but they don't really affect my life at all
also me: ok yes i made breakfast 9 hrs ago and it's been sitting on my bed all day long. but I can't eat it bc I might get crumbs on the floor. i should wait until I figure out a solution to eat this food. (doesnt eat today)
