Saturdays and Sundays are for long training sessions. This weekend ended a few miles short of my goal, but training must continue.

Still celebrating my birthday! 🥳Yesterday I came back to my car after my run and @solesofmedfield.run had given me a card wishing me happy 40th. Then later that afternoon my wife, friends, and family surprised me with a big birthday celebration. 🎈Thank you all!

My 40th birthday is about looking forward, not just back. I’m so grateful for my wife, family and friends. The best part of this new chapter is sharing it with all of you. To celebrate, I’ll be sharing more of what makes my life so great. Today’s image is a pair of deer seen while out on a run.
