Mindless error when booking my flights mid-catastrophe, and now I’m paying 300 dollars for a new ticket because Ned won’t be accepted as a short form of Edward… on the return flight.
Guess if Jetstar picked it up on the 1st flight they wouldn’t have been able to squeeze me for 300 when stranded.

Work is trying to throw an extra 3-6 month project at me in my final day before I leave for five weeks, seemingly because they have forgotten to cover their bases.

Well-being days were making my return days harder so the new plan is to run myself straight into the ground and get a long holidays. Fingers crossed.

I’ve been given stress leave, but feel like I’m still at work with the amount of emails and texts I’m getting about work matters. This is truly pointless and I surely need to opt out of the world for just 48 hrs. Maybe I can mail my phone and laptop to myself.
