best we can figure:
1) we had a remixed trailer in the indie horror fest
2) Game Trailers picked it up and accidentally called it a "launch" trailer at first, getting it way more views
3) doing more posts on social media lately
4) generally the game being 2 weeks away increases interest

Steam is the largest platform so devs tend to focus on it. we also have much less insight into/tools for console platform wishlists. folks with bigger teams probably pay a lot more attention to wishlists elsewhere - I (brandon) actually don't know what the algorithms do with wishlists on console!
