The name of my new album 'The Last Days of Mankind' is borrowed from a satirical play by Austrian writer Karl Kraus. From 1915 on and as a reaction to World War I, Kraus wrote 220 scenes that illustrate the grotesque and unbearable absurdity of war. (1/2)

When I moved from Austria to the UK 18 months ago I couldn't bring all of my equipment with me. I miss my ELK Le-53 amp. The inbuilt spring reverb was an important part of the surf guitar sound in Necrosferatul that I haven't managed to recreate yet.
