I technically may have hundreds, but I scrap all of them because I can't find a place for them </3. I also struggle with representing myself, so any sonas also get scrapped within a week. My dogshit file management doesn't help, though I'm writing a story right now. tldr: i'm super indecisive.

When I realized it's still almost as solid as before heating, it was less appetizing. Completely liquid metal, though, on the other hand...

I have a huge book series I want to read but all of that stuff really messed me up 😭

There was also a time in 4th grade where we had a paired reading skill evaluation. One student reads out loud, the other writes it down. I was the fastest reader in the class, but I got paired with the slowest reader, who ended up stunting my score badly because I read too fast for her to test me.

I also got forced to stop reading my favorite book series (Geronimo Stilton) because it was "too easy" and I was "talented and gifted" (undiagnosed autistic that excelled in school subjects and special interests but was behind in everything else)

Earlier than that, I was also forced to read a 1:1 ratio of fiction:nonfiction or risk failure, despite none of the available nonfiction books being interesting enough to read.

I could read any book, but in school I was forced to stop every 10 pages and write down a prediction, inference, summary, or question and it had to be different every time and also fit on a tiny piece of paper, so 15 words maximum. I never read books for fun again after that.

i don't know what the circumstances of this baby was, though. for me the lawnmower scared them out of the nest and we had to collect them in a bucket while i mowed so i wouldn't accidentally hurt them.

if found in a nest, always leave them, mom will return later to feed them. nests are little flattened or holed spots, usually with a lot of padding like fur. this one looks a bit too young to be out of the nest, but slightly bigger with eyes open usually means it's old enough to be alone.

ublacklist helps me when browsing google for images. if i see ai slop from a website, that website gets blacklisted with two clicks. never see the website on your browser again, but theres also an easy button to temporarily show all the hidden content if you need to.

toss them in a pretty jar, or drill holes and string them into hanging decor maybe!

Please give money to local shelters instead, this is a scammer.

It is like being pregnant. You aren't a little pregnant if you have cravings and mood swings, even if you have a big belly. You either are or aren't pregnant. You either are or aren't autistic.
September 23, 2025 at 5:07 PM
This is EXTREMELY harmful. You're not "a little autistic", you either are or you aren't. It becomes an excuse to belittle autistic people for actually exhibiting autistic behaviors and struggles. It becomes an excuse to ignore us if "everyone's the same way". We're wired differently.
