The millennial in me has a lot of affinity for these names.
Seattle and Vancouver PWHL expansion logos and word marks. The Seattle Torrent are light blue S on a green field with the word TORRENT in front of it. The Vancouver Golden eyes are circle inscribing the team name inscribing another circle with a yellow bird's eye on a field of blue.

My understanding is this is not a legal parking spot (all the way to the crosswalk/corner), yet there are constantly cars or motorcycles parked in this spot on Grand and West 7th. Is this a legal spot? Am I also right about the genre of person who would choose to park this way?
